A moving 30-minute film will introduce you to life on the mountain pastures and the traditional skills involved in making this cheese over a wood fire.
This guided tour will take you into the cheese-ageing cellars, where each wheel of cheese is patiently matured according to traditional methods handed down from generation to generation. Renowned for its unique taste, L'Etivaz AOP has been awarded the title of the world's best alpine cheese.
