Golf Passport Card

The Golf Passport Card enables its holders to benefit from discounts on various services and products offered by our partners (the “Merchants”) present on the site. Purchased cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Card ownership

The Golf Passport Card remains the property of Golf Passport Switzerland GmbH.

Prices and conversion charges

Offers and discounts are calculated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. If services are offered in other currencies, amounts may vary according to the exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase or use. Conversion fees may apply for transactions outside Switzerland, depending on the policies of your bank or credit card company.

Errors and bid modifications

Golf Passport Switzerland accepts no responsibility for errors or changes in partner offers. Golf Passport Switzerland and its partners reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue offers without notice, depending on availability and partner policies. We will inform you of important changes affecting the user experience as soon as possible.

Liability and exclusion of liability for accidents

Golf Passport Switzerland cannot be held responsible for the quality of services provided by partners. In the event of a problem with a service, please contact the partner concerned directly. Golf Passport Switzerland cannot be held responsible for accidents, personal injury or property damage arising from the use of partner services. Each partner is responsible for the safety and insurance of the activities it offers. We recommend that you find out about the safety conditions for the activities on offer and take out your own insurance if necessary.

Lost or stolen card

If your GOLF PASSPORT CARD is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. As the card is digital, we can send you a copy by e-mail after verifying your identity. Administrative charges may apply for re-issue. Any fraudulent use of the card will be considered an offence and may result in deactivation.

Misuse and penalties

Misuse of the GOLF PASSPORT CARD, including providing false information or sharing the card with unauthorized persons, is strictly prohibited. In the event of any breach of these conditions, Golf Passport Switzerland reserves the right to terminate the card immediately, without refund, and to take all necessary measures to prevent fraud.

Use for groups or events

The GOLF PASSPORT CARD is strictly personal and may not be used for commercial or group purposes (e.g. corporate events, weddings) without prior agreement and authorization from Golf Passport Switzerland. For professional or group use, please contact us to discuss specific conditions.

Deliveries (excluding GOLF PASSPORT CARD)

• Delivery territory – Delivery is possible in Switzerland and abroad.
• Delivery time – Orders are dispatched within 10 working days.
• Complaints – All complaints concerning defects or incorrect delivery must be sent by email within 5 days of receipt. After this period, no claims will be accepted and Golf Passport Switzerland GmbH will be released from all liability.

Golf Passport Switzerland is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with current data protection laws. The information we collect is used solely to manage the card and to communicate relevant offers and information. We apply appropriate security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
